To develop a high-quality, resort-style multifamily residence tailored to the 55+ market in Cape Coral, FL — delivering modern amenities, long-term durability, and community-focused living in a peaceful, well-connected location.
The enclosed courtyard design, while central to the resident experience, presented a significant construction sequencing challenge. Completing all courtyard features before enclosing the surrounding four-story building required logistical precision and proactive planning.
Our construction team collaborated with engineers to modify service tunnel footings, enabling early access to the courtyard for landscaping, utilities, and amenity installations. Protective measures and controlled access protocols preserved completed areas during the remaining construction phases.
Cape SW 97 Villas now stands as a thoughtfully executed, efficient, and beautifully integrated community. Featuring five distinct unit types, premium finishes, and a suite of curated amenities — including a pool, gazebo, fitness center, and pet run.
