CYC redefined Myriad Luxury Motorcoach Resort with a two-phase design-build process that transformed the site into a high-end living and leisure destination. The goal? 3. What is the function of design coordination during preconstruction?

We use cloud-based solutions and Procore. We share real-time updates and daily progress reports.

9. How does design-build differ from design-bid-build?

In design-build, one team handles both design and construction. In contrast, design-bid-build separates design and construction into two phases, so you’ll need to hire a design team first, then bid out the construction. This can lead to delays, misunderstandings, and potential cost overruns due to possible misalignments between the design and construction teams.
