How to Get Started with Us if You Haven't Applied Before

Join our network of trusted subcontractors and vendors. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Log in or create an account on BuildingConnected

If you don't have a BuildingConnected account, create one by simply typing your email address and then clicking on "Create with Autodesk ID." This platform helps streamline communication and with managing all aspects of project bidding. It's the platform we use to send project invitations.

2. Join our bid list and complete subcontractor application

If you haven't applied with us before, use the subcontractor application form by providing us with key details about your business, services, and experience. This ensures you’re considered for upcoming projects.

When you've submitted your application, our estimators will make sure your information is added to our BuildingConnected Bids List. We use this list to reference and invite subcontractors to new projects.

3. Manage your bid

  • Once you accept or decline our bid invite, we'll be notified automatically.

  • Add team members to the bidding process by selecting ‘Manage Team’ under the Team Summary tab.

  • Vendors can only view the project overview and files.

  • Download any project file and review key details.

  • Message us directly for project clarifications before submitting your proposal

4. Submit your proposal

  • Go to the Bid Form tab and complete all required fields.

  • Attach relevant files to support your bid.

  • Preview your proposal to ensure accuracy, then click "Submit."

  • After submission, you’ll see a "Proposal Sent" confirmation and the status will change to “Submitted.”
