Deliver a landmark resort waterpark for South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida, creating a world class, family-friendly aquatic destination that elevates the resort's amenity offerings and drives increased visitor traffic to one of Southwest Florida's most iconic beachfront properties.

Constructing a large scale waterpark and amenity center on Captiva Island presented a unique set of commercial construction challenges. Coordinating multiple specialized subcontractors working simultaneously, while operating within a sensitive beachfront ecological environment, demanded exceptional site management and environmental responsibility. Strict timelines, coastal permitting requirements, and the preservation of Captiva Island's natural ecosystem all had to be balanced without compromising construction quality or schedule.

Our team developed a comprehensive, heavily detailed site logistics plan to orchestrate concurrent subcontractor workflows and keep the project on schedule from groundbreaking to completion. Extensive erosion control measures were implemented throughout the build to prevent sediment runoff and protect the surrounding beachfront ecosystem. Energy-efficient pool heaters and pumps were specified and installed throughout the facility, reflecting our commitment to sustainable commercial construction practices on Florida's ecologically sensitive Gulf Coast.

The completed waterpark at South Seas Island Resort is now the largest waterpark on Captiva Island, a premier family resort destination featuring three pools, multiple waterslides, an arcade, outdoor dining, a dedicated kids club, and modern restroom facilities. The project has meaningfully elevated South Seas Island Resort's standing as one of Southwest Florida's top vacation destinations.
