The Challenge

Labor and material shortages in the middle of the renovation work owing to the devastation left by Hurricane Ian, with our workforce drastically reduced from upwards of 100-120 down to 40.

The Goal

Modernize the space with contemporary amenities while preserving the club’s classic appeal.

The Solution

We devised a phased renovation by dissecting the 71,000 sq. ft. build-out into 15 different micro projects that helped streamline the construction process and maximize existing manpower.

The Results

Delivered a $23M transformation on time and expanded the space to accommodate more amenities.
