Deliver a ground-up commercial restaurant build for Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Cape Coral, Florida — constructing a Cajun-inspired, family-friendly sports bar designed for an unmatched sports viewing experience in Southwest Florida.
Building a high volume sports bar and restaurant in Cape Coral, FL required precise coordination of complex commercial construction elements — including the structural installation of over 60 HD televisions, a seamless indoor/outdoor layout, and a floor plan engineered for maximum staff efficiency and guest comfort. Every design decision had to serve both the high energy atmosphere of a premier sports dining destination and the operational demands of a franchise build-out.
Our team delivered a fully integrated indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar concept, featuring seamless staff access between interior and exterior spaces for peak operational efficiency. Over 60 HD televisions were strategically mounted along the walls and above the central bar to ensure optimal sightlines from every seat in the house. Rustic brick detailing was thoughtfully blended with modern design elements to create an atmosphere that is both inviting and on-brand for the Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux franchise experience.
